The Power of Mini Personal Growth Challenges

Hello my lovely journaling friends looking for personal growth challenges! Are you at the point of the year where you feel like you are losing steam? Or maybe you feel your big goals are daunting or too far off and you are losing focus? I’m going to get real with you, I have caught myself feeling this way a couple times myself. But I want to share a powerful hack with you! I call them mini challenges! These challenges tend to be made up of short, sweet, and super achievable tasks. And let me tell you something, these are your secret weapon when it comes to your personal growth. I like to think of them as bite-sized adventures for your well-being – perfect for us busy babes! Before I share with you a list of my favorite mini personal growth challenges, I want to address common misconceptions around these challenges right here, right now. That way you approach this hack with the best of intentions.

Why We Overlook Mini Challenges

  1. Misjudging Simplicity: Sometimes, we think, “This is too easy, can it really make a difference?” But hey, it’s the small steps that lead to big leaps! The small steps are what level us up for the big steps!
  2. Overestimating Our Capacity: We often bite off more than we can chew. A 30-day challenge sounds great until life happens. When we start something new more times than not something comes up that steers us off track. Shorter challenges? Totally doable, no matter what life throws at you!
  3. Underestimating Impact: It’s easy to overlook the power of consistency. Even a 3-day challenge can spark a meaningful change by providing the inspiration or insight you need for your next step!

So when you approach these challenges, take them seriously. It’s how you will start to trust yourself to show up for yourself when the hard stuff decides to knock you off your feet. And we all know, life is good at surprising us! Now check out this amazing list and pick your first mini personal growth challenge! I’m serious, comment below which challenge you are going to start (and complete) in the coming days ahead!   60 mini personal growth challenges
